Who designs the artwork for the prints?
We collaborate on the art pieces with a select number of truly talented artists. You can find the name of the artist for each piece on the product page and at times on the piece itself.
Can I submit my artwork to be sold on the website?
No, but we're always looking for incredibly talented artists to collaborate with to create original art pieces that can't be found anywhere else. If you think we should collaborate to make something truly special together then reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you.
What can I use to color the artwork from the Little Artists line?
We've had great results coloring these pieces using a mix of permanent sharpie markers, crayola markers, pencil crayons and simple coloring crayons. When using markers we prefer to use fine line markers, but ultimately you are the artist and will choose your own mix of material.
I've noticed on some of the product listings there is a more to come message included, what is that about?
We've got some magical stories that were working on for some of these pieces. Follow our social media handles and subscribe to the newsletter to keep up to date on their development.

Why are the app reviews overwhelmingly positive?
We've decided to focus our efforts on highlighting apps that we feel provide value to children and let you know why we love the app so that you can tell if it fits your needs. There are going to be the occasional negative reviews along the way for apps that we feel there is a strong demand for a review on.
How can I get my app reviewed on the website?
If you are a developer or publisher and want us to review your latest app send us an email at email@example.com with a download link and we'll get back in touch shortly. There are no guarantees that we will cover or review the app.
How do I get my podcast or audio story featured on the website?
If you have a podcast, episode or audio story at firstname.lastname@example.org with a link and we'll get back in touch shortly. There are no guarantees that we will feature the app but we'll definitely check it out and get back to you.
Shipping & Handling
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Once you've placed your order we work magic to get your items to you as quickly as possible. It typically takes about 2-4 business days to get your items all ready for shipment. Shipping times themselves will vary based off your location and the shipping option you choose when completing the order.
What tracking options are available to me?
All of our orders currently have full tracking available! Once we've packaged and sent out your items, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to follow up on the status of your shipment.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We currently only accept returns if the product or products were damaged during the shipping process. If this were to happen we ask that you take photos of the damaged package/items and email it to email@example.com so that we can get a replacement over to you at no charge.
Can orders be placed outside of the US?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
