Codenames (Board Game)
What's It About?
Word Associations & a fun party don't exactly sound like a fit but with Codenames that is exactly what you get. Codenames is a party game that's sure to keep everyone entertained. It's a great and challenging game for families, friends, and total strangers alike to play together.
Two rival spymasters know the secret identities of 25 agents. Their teammates know the agents only by their codenames. To win the game, your team will need to contact all of your agents in the field before the other team finds their own agents.
Designed For?
Codenames is advertised as being for 2-8 Players but in our opinion you need at least 4 Players. Games can be expected to last 15 minutes. The game is recommended for anyone over 10+ but that's really because they view it as being a bit too challenging for younger kids to compete vs adults in making word associations.
Plays Like: Spyfall, Apples to Apples & Mysterium

While we wouldn't call this an educational game you do get to sharpen up your vocabulary and work your brain out to make word associations but its all done in a very fun way that feels more like a game than a word exercise.

Why Codenames Is Worth It?
It's a really fun party game that would probably serve as the perfect appetizer in a game night event especially with the brainiacs. It's also a really good way to work on that vocabulary while having all sorts of fun and laughs.
